1. Our Commitment

3. Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable and will not be tolerated:

3.1 Harassment and Discrimination

• Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, age, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or other protected characteristics
• Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
• Threats of violence or incitement of violence
• Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
• Harassing photography or recording
• Sustained disruption of discussions or presentations

3.2 Academic Integrity

• Plagiarism or unauthorized use of others' work
• Cheating on assignments or assessments
• Sharing answers or solutions with other students
• Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications

3.3 Inappropriate Content

• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Spamming or excessive self-promotion
• Sharing confidential or proprietary information
• Using our platform for illegal activities

4. Learning Environment Guidelines

4.1 During Live Sessions

• Arrive on time and be prepared
• Mute your microphone when not speaking
• Use the chat function appropriately
• Respect the instructor and other participants
• Ask questions in a respectful manner
• Follow the instructor's guidance and instructions

4.2 In Discussion Forums

• Stay on topic and contribute meaningfully
• Be respectful in disagreements
• Use clear and professional language
• Help others when you can
• Report inappropriate behavior to moderators

4.3 Assignment and Project Work

• Submit original work unless collaboration is explicitly allowed
• Give proper credit to sources and collaborators
• Meet deadlines and communicate about extensions
• Provide constructive feedback when requested

5. Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately:

5.2 What to Include

• Description of the incident
• Names of people involved (if known)
• Date and time of the incident

Violations of this Code of Conduct will be addressed promptly and fairly. Our response may include:

• Warning and education about appropriate behavior
• Temporary suspension from courses or activities
• Permanent removal from the platform
• Reporting to appropriate authorities if illegal activity is involved

We are committed to fair and transparent enforcement of this code. All reports will be investigated thoroughly, and appropriate action will be taken based on the severity and nature of the violation.
